Garlic Basil Tomato Salad

Ingredients

2 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped

1 cucumber, sliced
1 bunch scallions, chopped
1 avocado, cubed

1-2 cloves garlic, chopped, or minced

4 leaves fresh basil

​

Method

​

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Serve as a deliciously healthy lunch, a light dinner or a side.
